You can send us an e-mail or WhatsApp anytime, however please only expect a response during normal working hours. If you would like to give us a call, please also do so during normal working hours. Our working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:30 to 16:30, excluding public holidays.
We currently deliver our products all across South Africa. Collections can be done by special arrangement. Please contact us prior to placing your order should you wish to come and collect your product(s).

You can place an order on our website in the shop section. We accept online payments via Yoco. We do not collect your debit or credit details. Please visit our Privacy Policy page for more information.
Should you want to make a purchase at one of our pop-up stores, then you may make payment either with card or cash unless otherwise stated.
Once you have made payment you should receive an order confirmation email shortly thereafter. If you haven't received it after 2 hours, please check your spam or junk folder, and please make sure our emails aren't blocked. If you are still having trouble, please do contact us.
Once payment has cleared, we will then process the order and courier it to you. We use Fastway to courier our products. You will be emailed a tracking number to track the delivery of your parcel. Should we have stock, the delivery process usually takes between 1-3 days. If we do not have stock, then we will do our very best to produce new stock as soon as possible to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible. We do keep limited stock as most of our products are hand made. We will communicate any delays in delivery to you. Please make sure that the contact details you provide with your order are correct to avoid any communication delays.
We only process orders during our working hours as outlined above. Orders placed outside of our working hours will be processed on the following working day. In some instances, we may process orders over weekends and public holidays as well. Our courier unfortunately does not collect or deliver over weekends.
Given the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges can only be processed should you have received the incorrect product or the product was damaged on arrival. No products will be exchanged should the products have been used.
Should you wish to exchange a product, please contact us. To exchange a product, the product will need to be returned us at your own cost. Products may only be exchanged for products at the same value at the time of purchase.
FIONN has the right to refuse any exchange when there are obvious signs of the product being used or damaged. Should a product be damaged on delivery, take a picture immediately and contact us.
No exchanges will be accepted after 10 days of receipt of your order.
Candles
Please use with caution. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Burn candle within sight and never leave unattended. Keep away from drafts and vibrations. Keep out of reach of children and pets. The candle is not to be consumed. The Soy Wax candle's wax can be used as a moisturizer once melted. Should you wish to use the moisturizer, please be careful as the wax may be hot. Also make sure the candle isn't burning when using the wax as moisturizer.
Diffusers
The liquid is flammable. Do not burn the wood reeds or any other element of the diffuser. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest. Clean up spills immediately as staining or stripping may occur. Avoid contact with textile and furnished surfaces. Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
Room Mist
Shake well before use. Spray in center of room away from eyes, face and body. Do not spray directly onto furnished, any naked flames and heat sources. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with skin.
